more fsm license plates

I just moved to Texas (ugh) and had to trade in PSTA4EN for something
else. I couldn’t get PSTA4EN again because I only get six characters
but WWFSMD was available so I took it. Not as original as I would
have liked but it’s more recognizable than my old Arizona plate.
