I found this at a store in San Francisco’s Chinatown in August.
As best as I can discern, the red colouring is due to the amount of spice used in Szechuan cooking, and his noodly appendages are not attached to his body since in Chino-Pastafarianism, they represent the "four dragons" that form the rivers of China.–Clayton
