iTunes visualization

Published August 11th, 2009 by Bobby Henderson

While watching my itunes visualiser, I noticed His Noodliness continually forming and re-forming. Perhaps it had something to do with what I was listening to…

Anza Borrego sighting

Published August 1st, 2009 by Bobby Henderson

As a biologist, I have been following alternative theories to evolution for many years. While lacking certain elements of testability and reason, I admit I have always found your theory of a Flying Spaghetti Monster that created the world to have a certain credibility that is lacking from other alternative theories to evolution.

I recently went into Anza Borrego State Park for 40 days to reflect on the value of logic in science. During my journey, I stumbled across a vision of a Flying Spaghetti Monster in the rocks (please see the attached image). In my shock, I failed to record the GPS coordinates of the vision; however, I would be happy to show you on a map roughly where the vision occurred in case your followers would like to go on a pilgrimage.

Consider me converted,

I had just embarked on my 7 month trip of South /Central America and Europe and was wondering whether I had made the right choice. Then He appeared to me in the clouds above the Altiplano Lakes near San Pedro de Atacama in Chile, to tell me it was all going to be ok!

I also thought you might like to see my new car licence plates, which I purchased for my new car when I returned from my trip! Sorry the photography is so bad – the sun was shining the wrong way!

My fiancee and I recently traveled to Santorini, Greece and were delighted to see this lovely item in one of the local artisan shops in the town of Fira. The husband of the shop keeper is a carpenter and made everything in the store by himself, including this box. I’m glad to see that his noodley appendage has reached deep into the heart of the Aegean.

Purchase the Gospel

An elaborate spoof on Intelligent Design, The Gospel of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is neither too elaborate nor too spoofy to succeed in nailing the fallacies of ID. It's even wackier than Jonathan Swift's suggestion that the Irish eat their children as a way to keep them from being a burden, and it may offend just as many people, but Henderson puts satire to the same serious use that Swift did. Oh, yes, it is very funny. -- Scientific American.
